Naomi and I went to a workshop yesterday on making jewellery from sea-found objects. It was great fun. Here are a few of the pretties I made. At last a use for the sea-glass mountain in the conservatory!
Also, just for fun, a cuddly skull I made today. I think we should probably call him Sir Skull, because he looks rather aristocratic
Oh I love sea glass, collect it a lot and make similar jewelry sometimes!AriadnefromGreece!

Beautiful, a friend has classes like that in her gallery on polkerris. I always love the sound of them.
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely one-of-a-kind pieces! What a fun workshop!
ReplyDeleteQuite the dapper skull guy! "Cuddly" and "skull" so rarely go together in the same sentence!
What lovely jewellery.
ReplyDeleteIf it wasn't for the 'tache I'd have called him a Slash Skull.
Great jewellery pieces. Love your skull too.
ReplyDeleteGreat and fun creations !! :)
ReplyDeletePretty jewellery and what a good idea to use the beautiful stones, pebbles and cystals that the sea gives us.
ReplyDeleteWow, I like this stone jewellery!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful jewellery.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I'd have 'Sir Skull' hanging by my bedside - not if I want to sleep! :)
I love your sea glass wire jewelry so lovely.

The sea glass jewellery is lovely and unique. It's always nice to be able to use some kind of stash or other.
ReplyDeleteSkulls are not really my thing, but I do like Sir Skull.
That Skull is so adorable.
ReplyDeleteAnd your jewelry is just wonderful! Great job on all of those pieces.
