Fudge and Buttons

Sounds like a bad children's cartoon show doesn't it?
This is the fudge. Naomi has been nagging me for ages to teach her how to make it and here is her first batch.

And the buttons? We were out and about on Saturday and I saw some wonderful heart shaped button ornaments in a shop. They wanted silly money for them, and I thought to myself "I could do that", so I came home and did...

I'll have to make some red and green ones at Christmas.

  5. Hi, Your fudge looks delicious. I love the idea of the heart with buttons. I saw a heart made from large sequins last year I copied that, I am going to have a try with the buttons. Good idea to do red and green for Christmas.
Thank you for sharing. Hazel (UK)

  8. Could you please send some of Naomi's fudge to me? You go for it, girl. No sense in buying something you can make that looks cute and charming.

  11. Okay, you bring the fudge and I have lemon cake and tea. We can have a party! :-) Your heart ornament is so sweet. I keep saying I am going to make button icicles and still have to start them. I love your heart and they would look adorable on a Valentine's Day tree.

    Hugs ~
