There is a crispness in the air and the leaves are starting to turn. Here are a few of the last summer flowers arranged in some of my collection of jugs on the kitchen windowsill.
Ah, sigh, summer has left us and it is now feeling like autumn. This morning as I walked, I could see my breath. We are winterizing the garden so I expect I will have some of the last blooms of summer in the house today.

Autumn is definately here! I just wish we hadn't had so many rainy days! It starts to wear you down after awhile!
